stay for a week in vegas with family

Hi

I need some help figuring out where which area is best to stay. We will be
coming to Vegas with kids. This is mostly business trip. We would like to
stay in place that has kitchen in room. It doesn't have to be in Las Vegas
it self it can be in Henderson, Boulder City also but need a place that is
in safe area. What are the recommendations?
