Well, it looks like the Montecito will go the way of the Dunes & the
Sands. NBC gave the axe to the show, which is kind of awkward, being
as the season finally was a cliffhanger, with "To be continued..." at
the end of last week's season finale.

Was the show filmed in Vegas or a soundstage in Cali?

There are some scenes that are shot there, however, the majority of
the show is shot on the Sony Studios sound stage in Culver City, CA.

Always watched it to get a weekly Vegas Fix. Sure the plot lines were
stupid. But it Vegas Baby. Made you fell like you were there. It was a
show where you could put your brain on the shelf and just enjoy the
feel of Las Vegas. |

It wasn't much of a cliffhanger, but it would be nice if they'd get one
more show to tie it all up. I hate when they do that.

I suspect NBC might do some kind of a 2-hour TV movie to wrap up the
series. Or maybe not. TV execs are sometimes as picky as they are
stupid. Remember "Cop Rock"?

They should have had a demolition scene in the final
episode............

Perhaps they are hoping for a "Jericho"?

The 1st episode (pilot) in my opinion was really good and showed a lot
of promise. There was also a flashback to the 60s episode that was fun
a while back. I think the show steadily deteriorated as it became less
about Vegas and more about characters interacting with each other. The
loss of James Cahn was the deathnail.
