I'll be in Vegas in April and to my surprise 2 of my coworkers will be
there at the same time. I'd like to meet for a sit down lunch and am
looking for some ideas on the strip between Mandolay and Wynn.

Ideally American or BBQ would be good.
Price range I don't wanna pay more than 15-20 per person

Any ideas?

If you and your co-workers like deli food, there is the stage deli in the
Forum Shops at Caesars.
I like a light lunch rather than a big deal, so I find the sandwiches at the
Stage Deli to be excellent for lunch.
It would be about $10-12 per head counting tip.

I always visit The Palm for lunch when I'm in LV. It's in the Forum
Shops. They have a business lunch special for $19.50. I get the filet
mignon. It's about 6oz, and comes with potatoes, salad and iced tea.

Checking their menu online, it looks like there are 7 items available for
that $19.50 price.

One place I never hear anyone talk about is The Harley Davidson Cafe.
I've eaten there twice and both times were very good.

As others said, Grand Luxe or the Palm are good ideas.

http://www.venetian.com/GNDLUX.aspx

Also Mon Ami Gabi at Paris; you can sit indoors or get an outside table
right on the Strip. They should have some lunches in your price range.

If your group is amenable to a buffet, all the top buffets like Planet
Hollywood, Mirage, Paris and Bellagio are within your $20 budget.

Gosh. There are probably hundreds of places between the Mandala Bay and
the Wynn. If you want Barbecue, how about the Brazian Steakhouse in the
Mirage. The name of the place is called Samba, and its very good, but
you need to be seriously hungry and be willing to spend quite a bit per
person. Check out http://www.mirage.com/dining/fine_dining_samba.aspx
for details.

I believe The Palms in the Forum Shops still has their lunch special.

I'm not much for the alfresco dining, but if it's your thing, April is the
perfect month for it in LV. There are a couple places at Fashion Show
Mall where you can eat outdoors too, I think.
