If you plan on moving to Las Vegas, don't buy a house near East Las
Vegas.
Specifically, Nellis Blvd from Boulder Hwy to Craig Rd. Lake Mead
Blvd from MLK to
Nellis. Near Downtown along Fremont Blvd. Las Vegas Blvd from
downtown to Nellis AFB.
Too many low lifes, gangbangers, grafitti, hookers, drug dealers,
illegal immigrants, and up and coming teenage mobsters. Go ahead and
see for yourself
and drive around those neighborhoods.
If you're a low life, ex-felon, child pedofile, gangbanger etc...then
you are probably there.
If you have to live in that neighborhood of have to work there, then
get a CCW and pack
a small 9mm semi-auto discreetly on your body or in your purse. Don't
be a sitting duck for criminals
in that area and shoot the bastards if you are threatened with imminent
death. Keep your
eyes out when you are in a parking lot near Walmart, Kmart and other
stores in that area.
If you got the money or got a big stock portfolio, cash out and buy a
nice home in Green Valley
or Summerlin. Better to run the table and live in a nice neigborhood
than East las Vegas.
