Question about Vegas

My Sis in law and brother in law were just in Vegas and told my husband and
I about something they saw there and none of us know why it happens. The
escorts give out these cards and they hold one card in one hand (the card
they are going to give out) and the rest of the stack in the other. Before
they give the card away they slap the two piles together twice and THEN give
away the card. We don't know why they do this or what it means - if it means
anything at all. My Sis in law said they were all doing it, they saw them
all the time. Does anyone know why?

HaHa, aren't those people a riot! LOL

To be perfectly honest I'm not sure why they do that. I just assumed it
there way of getting your attention by slapping the cards together.

I haven't ever seen them myself lol. I was there about 15 years ago but I
don't recall the escorts at all. I am thinking there is a reason for why
they do that but I just don't know what it is! If I find out, I'll let you
know Smile

I found the answer! Apparently they hand out cards because it brings a
lesser charge of solicitation instead of prostitution, they slap the cards
twice to get the persons attention as they are not to talk to them. There we
go! Mystery solved lol Seems you were right Smile

The snapping of the cards is to get peoples attention. When they snap
the card, people look over at them and then they offer the
card....strictly to get the attention of people walking by...

then they can get you to take the flyers. Useless fact!
