Trying to figure what to pack for 3 days at the Luxor. How's the
weather in the Afternoon & evening? Lite jacket, sweatshirt or what?
I'll be strolling the strip and looking for comedy shows.
Any suggestions welcome.
TIA

do a goggle search for weather and check any weather source....or fly out
naked and buy clothes once you get there.

For comedy shows, Carrot Top (Luxor), Rita Rudner (Harrah's), Riviera
Comedy Club, Second City (Flamingo) and Vinnie Favorito (O'Shea's)
should all be available at the Tix4Tonight discount outlets.

Comedy Stop at the Tropicana also Mac King in the afternoon at Harrahs.
Those are my suggestions. (you can thank Andrew later if you go see Mac)

You can buy a decent "Vegas" themed sweatshirt for about $10 or a light
jacket for $20 or less at the stand in Casino Royale once you get to Las
Vegas so you don't need to worry too much about what to pack. |

It's in the 60s during the day, but plan on mid to high 40s at night. At
the very least bring a sweater for at night. |

Bobby Slayton.
Lots of discounts available. But don't be a cheapskate or a low class
country bumpkin like Elmer and see Mac King. If you have trouble finding
discounts let me know.

Oh please....if you have a 5th grade education and think Mac King is great
entertainment----YOU MIGHT BE A RED NECK!
If you think the "Filet Mignon" sandwich at Triple 7 is a great steak
dinner----YOU MIGHT BE A RED NECK.
If you think the Boneyard Tour in the middle of June in 100 plus heat is a
great way to see the city----YOU MIGHT BE A RED NECK
If you think, walking with a fanny pack is your way of looking cool----YOU
MIGHT BE A PUSSY!
(And you will thank ME later for these warnings.)

It's also called the 'neon museum'.
http://www.neonmuseum.org/boneyard.html
About 30 of us visited it last year. It's highly recommended if you're
interested in LV history.
It has all the old neon signs that used to be at the hotels. But be
careful, some people can't handle the heat and will drown in their own
excessive sweat.

It is a great tour. Just not in June. And certainly not the HIGHLIGHT of
your vacation. I is nowhere near the strip.
Go see Vinny Favorito or Bobby Slayton. You will thank me later. Comedy
Stop at Tropicana is good too, a little better than Riviera.
Or pay a few more bucks and see Gordy Brown or George Wallace. Discounts
are available.
Downtown, go see Larry Jones, or Country Music Show at The Fitz.
Take a sweater or light jacket. It still a bit cool here but real nice.
