Hi,
I am wondering what anybody can tell me about what it is like for a
large Catholic family to
relocate to Las Vegas ? We have 7 children and we are considering this
area and areas about 2 hours outside in AZ near Laughlin. Any input
would be appreciate.

thanks

As Newt suggested, consider some place *other* than Las Vegas. I beg you
.... PLEASE don't move here!

Las Vegas is 'Sin City' and struggles to continue it's moniker. But there
are far too many folks moving here who bring their morals, ethics, and
gawd-damned California-like politics with them.

Vegas is NOT the place for a good Catholic family of 9 to move. Vegas is
not a good place for the vast majority of those who have already located
here.

Come visit and leave your money. But then go home -- to some other place!

The cost of a house adequate to your needs might be prohibitive. My 13 or
15,000 Sq. Ft. house three bed room house appraises for over $250,000. It
has doubled in value since we bought it new in 1997.
