Staff Accountant - 50-60k - Residential Construction -Las Vegas,
Nevada


The Company is a dynamic and fast-growing developer and contractor in
Las Vegas, responsible for approx $1 billion+ in construction and a
fairly significant pipeline.

Unlike many Vegas real estate companies - we're under construction and
nearly sold out on high rise condominiums, we're breaking ground on a
large commercial shopping center and we're suburban vs Strip oriented.
In addition to these development opportunities, we're also the
contractor, manufacturer and importer on a significant book of
business.

The company is incredibly aggressive, entrepreneurial and fast paced,
but in a friendly, family oriented environment.

Candidates must have at least 3-5 years accounting experience with
recent experience in the construction industry and a Bachelors Degree.
Duties will include balance sheets, P&L statements analyzing cost,
financial obligations, resource utilization, tax strategies and budget
forecasts. Full benefits and NO travel required.
